Helping you remember what happy feels like!

You’re tired of worrying, exhausted from the thoughts in your head, and unhappy knowing there’s so much more to life but you just can’t seem to make it happen.  Maybe you think you’re never quite good enough or feel like you can’t ever relax.  You want to enjoy things like you used to, but it feels like there’s no going back.  Don’t you wish you had the ability to change that?

I believe that you have it within you to feel better and succeed but just need the support to get there.  I help my clients find confidence, happiness, and fulfillment by equipping them with personal understanding as well as the tools they need to pursue their academic and personal goals.  I start by giving you space to talk and sort through what’s going on in your life.  During this, we’ll explore your unique patterns of thinking, feeling, and reacting.  We will connect how your past impacts your current experiences and I’ll support you in learning and practicing ways to shift your responses and be the person you want to be.  Through our work together, you’ll find the insight and skills you need to thrive at school and in your personal life.  I specialize in helping college students, grad students, and university faculty dealing with anxiety, trauma, and OCD, as well as disordered eating and body image concerns.
